Danny Wade honorably served nine years in the Army as a Telecommunication Specialist. He is a survivor of the attack on the Pentagon on September 11, 2001. This life changing experience affected our society as a whole. For Danny, it compelled him to develop a much closer relationship with Christ, his family, and his community. His outlook on life is demonstrated by his favorite quotes: "Most successful men have not achieved their distinction by having some new talent or opportunity presented to them. They have developed the opportunity that was at hand" (by Congressman Bruce Martin); and "Trials make us think; Thinking makes us wise; Wisdom makes life profitable" (Unknown Author).
